An amazing original pair Featherston TY wingback chairs, design by Grant Featherston from the 1950’s which is an iconic Australian piece of designer history. This set has stood the test of time in all original condition (exept the fabric which has been reupholstered in a new grey color (Maharam Divina Melange 120 Light Gray Wool Fabric) and the steel frame has been powder coated in stunning black satin color. These are authentic vintage chairs displaying a superior level of quality and design. They’re a fantastic design distinctly 50’s but they’d also look great in a modern space. The shape of the back and the sweeping lines in the leg section looks amazing. This pair ticks all the boxes stunning form, very comfortable, unique styling and durable construction.
