Table S.A.M. Bois is a dining table designed in 1941 by Jean Prouvé for Vitra. Table S.A.M. Bois has a simple construction of solid wood. The screw threads and bar that hold the table together are made of powder-coated steel. You choose whether you want the table in oiled oak, smoked oak, or oiled walnut.The table is reminiscent of Prouvé’s Guéridon Table, which experiments with Prouvé’s idea of a simple structure. This is his signature, reflected in one way or another in all his works. The table is a beautiful and sturdy dining table that is tasteful and simple in its shape and lines.
