The Volta Collection brings a new approach to Dowel Jones furniture. With it’s carved solid timber backrest to embrace the sitter’s body and its soft upholstered seat, the Volta Chair explores the possibility of a mixed-material chair. Contrasting against the tubular frame, solid timber backrest, and soft upholstered seat are solid brass details, left uncoated to patina naturally with the chair.
